History meets comfort! came here with a small group of work folks prior to a conference. Fortunately one of our friends knew of this Gem from years past. THe new operator terah is gracious, kind, and totally accommodating. if youre into hitting the best historic hotels this country has to offer dont miss this one! Often, when staying at historic hotels you sacrifice comfort. Not here! THe beds were wonderful and the sheets luxury! THere are several options for just sitting and relaxing in various nooks and crannies. Roam the halls and peak into the many rooms which serve as the local museum. Breakfast is served fresh made by Terah. you do need to be aware that this is directly next to a train track and the train does run in the night. It will wake you up but it was worth it to all of us. also be aware there are two flights of stairs to negotiate to get to your room with your luggage. Rumor has it there is a ghost or two!
Delightful in every way!
The enders hotel and its operator, Terah, are a hidden treasure in downtown Soda Springs, ID. The Hotel-built in 1917 & impeccably restored in recent years-is a stunniingly beautiful building ready to welcome visitors in comfort and style. Terah is an engaging and gracious host with thorough knowledge of her community and area. This unique, but affordable hotel has a beautiful gift shop with items from local artists and craft persons. The morning coffee area and lobby are each stylish, bright and inviting! the rooms are spacious with crisply ironed linens and beautiful historic woodwork and fixtures. The three-story hotel includes a museum on the second floor with items from local families displaying area history. we were just passing through soda springs on a longer trip when we were fortunate to discover the Enders. We will long remember our stay there and our conversations with Terah!
Thank you! I had a wonderful stay and am looking forward to my next visit. This place is amazing!

Don't bypass this historic experience! EXCELLENT!
I stayed here for one night with work friends. one of our friends had stayed here years ago. the hotel had been beautifully restored. Each room is unique. history of the area surrounds you with every step. terah the new owner is doing an outstanding job making this a unique experience. for those who love to hit the best of the historic hotels the usa has to offer do not miss this!museum and hotel, hospitality and history. very comfortable bed and rooms with in suite bathrooms which can be unique for hotels of this age. there is a train track directly next to the hotel and there is noise from this but we easily overlooked this based on our overall experience. my room over looked the geyser!
